Spiritual integration is a profound and multi-dimensional process that occurs after experiences of heightened cosmic or energetic activation. It involves the gradual merging and embodiment of new spiritual frequencies and energies, allowing them to become part of your everyday reality. It is just as important as the downloads and upgrades you have received, as it is up to us to ensure they settle and anchor in our energetic field. It is a moment for processing, allowing yet also actively working with these energies to guide them into you. Integration plays out across emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions, each requiring its own unique attention and care. It is imperative to not ignore the integration process as it is where newfound wisdom blooms. After such a huge eclipse portal this year, I felt it was important to go through this part of the cycles and share with you. The work isn't over once the cosmic portals close.
